ASV Advocatenkantoor was founded by Mr. P. Celikkal. She has registered the following main and (sub) areas of law in the legal areas register of the Dutch Bar Association: Criminal law, Personal and family law, Immigration law and General practice.
Based on this registration, he/she is obliged to obtain ten training credits each calendar year in each registered main area of law in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
The services provided may range from providing advice, conducting an objection procedure, initiating proceedings before the court or court of appeal or assisting you during criminal proceedings.

Legal aid financed
Even if you need legal assistance that you cannot afford, you can contact ASV Advocatenkantoor by applying for subsidized legal assistance. This contribution to the costs is called an addition. For more information about subsidized legal assistance, click here .
ASV works with the Legal Aid Board on the basis of High Trust.
High Trust is the most important basis for cooperation between the Legal Aid Board and legal aid providers.
